  • To generate PDF forms or reports.

  • To save student records locally on the device.

  • To assist institutions or administrators with student documentation processes.

We do not share, sell, or use your information for advertising or third-party services.

3. Data Storage and Security

  • All data is stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share the generated PDFs.

  • We do not use cloud storage or external servers to process your information.

  • Sensitive data such as Aadhaar is stored only if entered and is never transmitted online.

4. Permissions Used

The app may request the following permissions:

  • Camera and Storage Access: To capture student photos and store PDFs.

  • File Access: To view and export generated documents.

These permissions are used only for core app functionality and not for any unauthorized data collection.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

All information is retained only as long as it remains on your device. You can delete the data manually by:

  • Clearing app data from device settings.

  • Deleting saved PDF files.

No backup or external data copy is maintained by us.

This app may be used to collect data from minors under the supervision of teachers or parents. We recommend that educational institutions and guardians review student data entries and usage.
